We used Elias to conduct an inspection for a property we were considering purchasing. Ultimately, we didn't follow through with the purchase of that property, but specifically requested that he conduct the inspection at the next property we were considering. He was very thorough, spending 2-3 hours at each property. His inspection reports were also very thorough and included pictures of the issues he identified. His use of a drone to inspect the roof is just one example of the lengths he will go to to perform a complete inspection. He was also ready to talk with us after the inspections to answer any questions we had, something we definitely took advantage of. Hopefully we'll no longer need the services of a home inspector, but if we do, we'll definitely call Elias at Pure View Property Inspections again.
